What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number and order contents.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information: pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications: emails and messages you send us, so we can help you properly.
Why we collect it
To process and ship your order, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud, to comply with legal obligations, and — if you have opted in — to send you marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who make the store work: Shopify (ecommerce platform and payments), our shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, our email provider, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Email support@coreshift.store and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
Children
Our products and our store are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy we will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
