Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all CoreShift orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and holidays, go out the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 days from dispatch. Remote areas and international destinations can occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier we email you a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to start updating, which is normal.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the parcel has not shipped.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, email support@coreshift.store. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Damaged on arrival

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the order free of charge.
