Wake up without the dry mouth, the sore throat, or the elbow in your ribs.

CoreShift Sleep Tape is a soft, hypoallergenic strip that rests over your lips and gently encourages your mouth to stay closed while you sleep — so you breathe through your nose the way your body is built to.

Why nasal breathing matters

  • Quieter nights. Mouth breathing lets soft tissue at the back of the throat vibrate. Keeping the lips sealed is one of the simplest ways to reduce that noise.
  • No more 3am cotton mouth. Nasal breathing keeps saliva where it belongs — fewer dry throats, less morning bad breath, kinder to your teeth and gums.
  • Filtered, warmed, humidified air. Your nose conditions every breath. Your mouth doesn't.
  • Calmer, steadier breathing. Nose breathing is slower and more efficient, which many people find helps them settle and stay asleep.
  • Wake up sharper. Fewer micro-wakings from a parched throat means more uninterrupted sleep.

Built to be worn, not endured

  • Medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive — dermatologically tested, latex-free
  • Soft breathable fabric with a flexible centre panel that moves with your face
  • Peels off in the morning without stinging or tugging skin
  • Contoured shape that stays clear of your nostrils
  • Available in non-perforated and perforated (small centre vent) styles

How to use

Wash and dry your lips. Apply a little lip balm if your skin is dry. Peel the backing, centre the strip over closed lips, and press for five seconds. Remove gently in the morning.

Please read before you buy

CoreShift Sleep Tape is a general wellness product, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Do not use it if you have diagnosed or suspected obstructive sleep apnea, a blocked nose, a cold, sinusitis, severe allergies, difficulty breathing through your nose, or if you have been drinking alcohol or taking sedatives. Not for children. If you snore heavily, gasp in your sleep, or feel exhausted during the day, speak to a doctor — those can be signs of sleep apnea that need proper treatment.
