TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of coreshift.store and any purchase you
make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to
them. Please read them carefully.

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We may
accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities
purchased per person or per order.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including
dimensions, materials and colors.

Screens vary, so actual color may differ slightly from the images
on our site. Stated dimensions are approximate and subject to
normal manufacturing tolerance.

PRICING

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without
notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error,
we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full,
whether or not the order has been confirmed.

SHIPPING

Shipping terms, processing times and delivery estimates are set out
in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery
estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms
part of these terms.

In summary: 15 days from delivery, unused items in original
packaging, and contact us before sending anything back.

SAFE USE AND SUPERVISION

Our play mats are designed to provide a soft, cushioned play
surface. They are not safety equipment and are not a substitute for
adult supervision.

Always supervise infants and young children during play. Inspect
the mat regularly for wear, damage or loose material, and stop
using it if you find any. Keep packaging away from children.

ACCURACY OF YOUR INFORMATION

You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and
account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your
orders and contact you when needed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and the
CoreShift name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by
intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute
or use it commercially without our written permission.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our
intellectual property or that of others, to submit false
information, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the
security or operation of the site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreShift is not liable for
indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising
from your use of this site or our products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited
to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot
lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreShift and its
officers, employees and suppliers from any claim arising out of
your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the
rights of a third party.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable,
that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the
remaining provisions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is
always posted on this page, and your continued use of the site
means you accept the changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming],
United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
